There you will find released files under the following headings:

• hotsync conduit
  The latest stable release of PIMnet Conduits for HotSync Manager.
• service
  The latest stable release of PIMnet Services for eXchaNGeR.
• pimnet
  An archive of the complete PIMnet source tree.

You can always get a copy of PIMnet's CVS Tree. This gets you the very latest source code, which will not have been as well tested as the latest official distribution.
